През годините ВС „Елените” очаквано претърпява развитие – от комплекс с един хотел и къщички с леглова база от около 1500 легла, в момента селището се е превърнало в истински рай за туристите със своите 5 хотела, аквапарк, множество забавления и добре известните Финландски вили, запазена марка за комплекса. Днес капацитетът на селището е около 5000 легла. Именно тук се намира и перлата в короната от хотели на „Виктория Груп” – хотел „Роял Касъл хотел &Спа”. Разположен върху планински хълм, хотелът предлага прекрасна панорама към морския залив.
