The organizers of Sofia Fashion Week 2016 reveal who the new designers and fashion houses that will take part in the spectacular fashion event are.

The designer Jeni Jivkova, a multiple winner of the “Golden Needle”, by Fashion Academy, will be a special guest, and opening the second night – 23rd of March, which is dedicated to the Bulgarian designers, fashion houses and brands. Nelly Koleva – winner of numerous awards and honors for fashion, and one of the first Bulgarian designers displayed on Fashion TV, will also present her collection. Among the established Bulgarian designers, Mariela Gemisheva and Nikolai Bozhilov, who are among the winners of the most prestigious award for fashion in Bulgaria, “Golden needle”, will also show their collections. We will again see the bold, unconventional and provocative menswear of “Aggressor”, with designer Mariana Papalicheva. Nikole Collection, with designer Nicoletta Radukova, who operates both the Bulgarian and the international market, will show fashion in sport-elegant style, suitable for everyday and party nights.

Valenino, Ermanno Scervino and the designer Nina Naustdal, will be special guests at the last gala night. Nina Naustdal will arrive in Bulgaria with a great English TV, specially for Sofia Fashion Week 2016. In the last evening, 26th of March, L’Oreal will make their Hair Style show, which was presented at the last fashion week in Paris.

Among the global brands, for the first time on SFW 2016, we will see – VILEBRIQUIN, with an exclusive swimwear collection for Summer 2016. Loyal to their casual charm, they will bring the catwalk a spirit of elegance and fantasy. Luxury lingerie, My Lingerie, by Provoke, will also be presented with a special collection on SFW 2016. They offer both, underwear and swimwear, and accessories of leading world companies for all moments and moods: fun and sexy, stylish and elegant, or comfortable and freely!

Exclusive children’s collection will present Bapa Kids, choosing the most beautiful, interesting and creative, in order to entertain and provoke the talents of every little esthete, artist and dreamer. Children’s fashion will show the Bulgarian brand, boutique children’s clothing – Princeska, with chief designer -Diana Naydenova, teamed with her daughter – Annie.

The concept, for the evening of the young designers, is from prof. Lyubomir Stoykov, who has selected student designers, who will show their design pieces on the third night of the prestigious fashion scene of Sofia Fashion Week 2016. The support for young designers is the social mission of the large-scale fashion event, and the scene will be displaying collections from four universities: National Academy of Arts, New Bulgarian University, Southwestern University “Neophyte Rilski” – Blagoevgrad, and Varna “Free University”.
